Each bathroom project is unique. We do everything to minimize the amount of time you are without a bathroom and will discuss exactly what you can expect during the design phase.
What are common challenges that affect bathroom renovations?
Bathrooms involve water and older bathrooms may have hidden water damage. We will explain project risks and our project plan will outline what we do if we find water damage once we are underway
Do you share full design drawings prior to starting on my bathroom?
Coastal Builders Design & Build process means we complete technical drawings for you as the first phase of the project. At that point, you can keep those drawings or we can use the drawings to remodel your bathroom.
How long do bathroom permits take in my county?
We work in Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore and Carroll Counties. During our design meetings, we can share how long recent permits have taken in your county for bathroom remodels.
Are you licensed and insured?
Coastal Builders and ALL of our subcontractors are licensed and insured.
What warranties do you offer?
Warranties on the materials used will vary based on design choices. We will share all workmanship warranties during our design process so you can have confidence before we start the build process.

How do you keep the work area clean and safe for my kids and pets?
It’s our priority to keep your family safe while working on your home. We use zip curtains, temporary fencing and other precautions that make sense for your project. We also keep the bathroom as tidy as possible throughout.
