Coastal Builders Design & Build process means we complete technical drawings for you as the first phase of the project. At that point, you can keep those drawings or we can use the drawings to complete your addition

Warranties on the materials used will vary based on design choices. We will share all workmanship warranties during our design process so you can have confidence before we start the build process.
Can you match my exterior/siding?
While some fading of brick or vinyl siding is natural due to sun, we regularly source materials that are a great match for existing exteriors
How do you keep the yard site clean and safe for my kids?
It’s our priority to keep your family safe while working on your home. We use zip curtains, temporary fencing and other precautions that make sense for your project. We also keep the job site as tidy as possible throughout.
